The response from the owner is false. I called to confirm the date and was told it never got changed. When I called recently regarding being blocked and ignored after they reached out to me, I asked if thats the way they treat customers when they don't like what they have to say and was told "her husband runs the page." I never became irate, I simply hung up after hearing the same lie over and over. I was blocked from the Facebook page after replying to the owners Facebook message. I don't know what friend they're talking about. I only made one comment that said "my custom cake was stale and I never heard back from the manager" thats when I got the facebook message. If that's how a fresh cake looks and tastes then that's more reason to not use this company. Isn't it funny that no one would talk to me, but now you're calling me a liar because I wrote a review. Class act!
I took my children here last week as they have GLUTEN FREE cupcakes that will not disappoint. My daughter couldn't even tell the difference. It is such a cute shop and I can't wait to return.

From the looks of the reviews i will make plans and just go with publix for my son's birthday party... I'm not looking forward to not only a stale, half frozen cake, but rude owners that don't know anything about customer service. And then for the owners to sit here and call honest people that spent their hard earned money with gigis cupcakes liars! Very unprofessional of the owners, I will never step foot in this place and would recommend my friends and family to stay away from such a poor location.
Fancy cupcakes with a lot of frosting are all the rage and Gigi's is a leader in the pack. The staff can get a little distracted but the regular cupcakes are great, the gluten-free terrific and the mini-cupcakes are the best of all. The minis are perfect if you want to taste a variety or just want a small treat. I love the red velvet, wedding cake and strawberry shortcake but I haven't found one I didn't enjoy. We bought three boxes of minis for a family dinner and they were a big hit. Definitely worth a visit.
Wow!! These people are completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! I ordered a custom cake about 4 months before my sons first birthday party and I was told one price, then it went up. I spoke to the cake decorator and decided to just go with it. 2 months later, I called to change the date but no one made the note for it so they made it a week early! They acted as if I was lying when I told them that I did call! I paid $165 up front. Why would I not go pick the cake up on the correct date?! The decorator told me "The owner said he would make an acception but now they won't make any money from it" Fast forward one week later we cut his cake at his party and it was awful! Crumbly and tasted like it had been defrosted. My guests even asked where I got it because it tasted "stale" Talk about embarrasing! I called multiple times to discuss it with the owner and no one ever called me back. Finally, I wrote a comment on one of their pictures on Facebook of a custom cake and the owner messaged me asking what he could do to help. When I explained the situation, and sent pictures of the discolored chocolate cake, he blocked me!! I then called the store and asked for the owner and she told me that her husband runs the page and I'm the only person ever to say their cake tasted old! Ha!! These reviews prove otherwise. Stay away from this company. They do not care who they screw over. It's NOT worth your hard earned money.
This location is the best. Ordered a cake for my Mother's Birthday! Best cake we ever had. The cupcakes are to die for. Won't be going anywhere else!!!! The staff is wonderful and the owner Dorrie, is so gracious. They have my business for life!!!!
