Is Better not to share my experience, just trust me one star I did it because 0 star is not an option, they DO NOT Know what they are doing, so I said let me try in Spanish and it got worst, there is no way to speak to someone in USA. Both English and Spanish are handle from India and is very FRUSTRATING
I got this credit card November 8- 2017 and today november 18 2017 I been charged for 94 dollars for fees I closed this account this is ridiculous the worst experience with a credit card.
