This particular Enterprise was awesome. I was in a very frustrating situation after my car had been rear-ended and the responsible party's insurance company was being terrible about everything. The girls here not only were extremely patient, but very helpful. At the end of it all the insurance adjuster attempted to make me responsible for the last few days of payments... knowing I did not have the money to pay that ridiculous bill the girls left my bill as "pending" until I could get in touch with the supervisor of the adjuster to fix the issue. Had they just automatically charged me I'd have overdraft my account. They were awesome.. helpful and understanding. Ill only rent from this location if ever I need a rental again! Great place!
Great team amazing service they all worked together to fit to my needs and they did an amazing job no games dropping it off and a ride back to my house thank you so much enterprise.
They do a good job. Rented three vehicles so far without problem. They are busy but efficient. People always in and out they get you a car and on your way. It's what I want from a place that rents cars.
Claudia was great. Showed me several cars to choose from to see which one I would like the best. All the employees are really nice and know their job. It was a pleasure renting from them.
