Took our SUV to Rocco to inspect our A/C system late one day after picking it up from Pep Boys. PB had told us our compressor was bad and gave us a quote of over $1000. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion. Rocco spotted a few minor issues right away.
Got my air conditioning fixed here - brought it Monday morning, had it back Tuesday afternoon. Thoroughly impressed with the staff here, Rocco was very approachable and honest. Will return if I need anything else done I can't do myself!
Without a doubt the best shop in town. Saved me a ton of money and time. The ordered my starter for my work truck the day before installing it. I stopped by the next morning before my first job and they had it installed in less then 30 minutes. They have worked on my other vehicles as well and I am always impressed with their work and prices.
I found the price charged to be very reasonable and competitive and Rocco was courteous and genuine. I also liked he did not speak ill of what was clearly incompetence on the part of the Pep Boys tech who misdiagnosed our issue so terribly. what a blessing.
My 2006 Ridgeline AC stopped working proper. I was expecting to pay 3 times the amount I did. Rocco did a great job to identify the issue and to turn around and address it once I gave the OK. The next day we had ice-cold air blowing like it never had before, not even when it was new. Down the block I had to turn it down because my knuckles began to ache it was so cold.
