Caring and courteous staff. Willing to work with me and offered me options. Been there a few times and they almost makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Ok i wouldn't go that far but it is always a pleasant experience.
Dentists are really for me, best avoided. This was such a pleasant change , I was so happy with the service, a cleaning and one filling , the Dentist and Hygenist were outstanding ,As was all of the other staff that I had contact with. First time that I walked out of a dentists office and thought to myself , " hey that was pretty damn good "

I get the sense this company is more concerned about profit than what's best for their patients. The doctor recommended a procedure which was over $2K. I sought a 2nd opinion and the other dentist explained it was an unnecessary treatment and recommended an alternative for $300.
I attempted to become a new patient, but when I showed up for my appointment I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room which contained about 40 chairs and no patients. My previous dentist had emailed all my dental records and x-rays to them, but couldn't find them when I arrived, so the first person I saw began to drape the lead shield around me for a circular x-ray. I refused that x-ray because I had just been x-rayed not long before. Also, the circular x-ray is usually only for dentures which I didn't need. This was very disappointing. I never did see a dentist, so I left never to return. I hope they've improved their practice - I went there when they first opened.
