Really helpful staff and lots of guitars and other instruments. Found a nice Taylor acoustic on sale that just asked me to take it home.
My experience was great I bought a used amp online it didn't work properly Guitar Center in Sarasota gave me my money back no problem I got another amplifier from them and I am very satisfied thank you very much
Place has pretty much anything you'd need. Sometimes gets pretty busy for the amount of staff that they have so may have to be patient. Reasonable prices and very nice staff.
I'm beyond disappointed with the service here. I walked in, knowing exactly what I needed (and knowing that they had the part in store) and the sales associate refused to even listen to what I needed and told me to "come back and bring my guitar in for the technician to look at" even though I repeatedly told him that I was more than able to fix what I needed myself, I just needed the part. Only reason I didn't order it online was because I wanted it immediately. Oh well, guess I'll take my business to eBay and not come back here again.
Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful young lady helped me buy strings and fast fret. Lots of beautiful guitar gear.
