The staff was very helpful and friendly when I stopped in the store and explained that I needed a flower arrangement for a local delivery. This delivery was on relatively short notice and they got it done and a great price! I recently made a second order over the phone, and it was nice that they remembered me, and they made it so simple. Couple of quick questions and it was done. Plus, it's always nice to speak with someone local. No more 1800 flowers, ftd, or other websites etc.. They can ship anywhere and I don't get spammed in my e-mail inbox.

Mike, the new owner of Lakewood Ranch Florist delivered two beautiful arrangements at our office this morning. Unfortunately, both recipients are out of the office today.
