Talking with them was like talking to a brick wall
The Store have a great selection of furniture for the house but they do not get orders right, making mistake after mistake for weeks at least in my case, love the selection but will avoid purchasing anything there in the future, hopefully others had better luck than me, I just can not trust them. There is some severe incompetence in the chain of communication or the warehouse need to establish a system that allow for acurate verification of orders before going out for delivery which will make the process more cost efficient by reducing or eliminating mistakes, incresing customers satisfaction and later producing returning customers plus good referrals to friends /family.
We purchased a sectional and there was a slight problem with the sectional once we took delivery. Our salesperson and the store manager corrected the dissatisfaction and we were able to return the product even though it was against Hudson's policy.
The furniture we purchased did not meet our comfort level.

Although I entered this furniture store to browse, however due to the friendliness of the staff, along with their knowledge on all items on manufactures; I ended up purchasing a few pieces of furniture. Ricardo is a great young salesman surrounded by a family like team of coworkers who all go out of their way to help each-other. No pressuring to sell furniture unlike many other business I've ventured to. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a customer. Hospitality is also second to none at this location!
We found the couch of our dreams for which we have been looking for a couple of years. The experience was greatly enhanced by our sales associate, Kiah Manning. He was knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun.
