Jo Banks at Shaggys rocks! She is a true hair magician, not to mention a beautiful person, inside and out. I always leave her chair feeling relaxed, happy and fabulous. She is an absolute master with hair color, cuts, styling, eyebrow waxing and makeup. She always listens to what I want and then somehow manages to make it look even better than I imagined. Jo also cuts my daughter and husband's hair, and we all adore her. She's the BEST!

Terrible Customer Service, unprofessional and not recommended. Check out Che Bella in Lakewood Ranch or Nuovo instead for people who actually know how to answer questions and cut hair. Worst experience ever.
