1 and done. Just moved to the area.. First trip is the last. Not only was there 2 large creases in the shirts, the employee tried to make it my fault and was not willing to comp me or resolve the issue. Well done! You just lost a customer for life.

Four shirts that were returned to me were dirty from what looks like being dropped on the floor, if I didn't point this out they would not have re-cleaned it; and they didn't even bother to apologize, in fact they made it sound like I was a burden and that I should be lucky that they will re-clean it for free. One of the shirts had also, while in their care, acquired a rust speck on the front collar, they took this shirt back to be re-cleaned as well, but when I got it back the rust speck was still there, and instead of dealing with this problem or even apologizing they just ignored it hoping that I would just go away. Well, I am going away and while I unfortunately will miss the convenience of location, I am taking my business elsewhere. This business does not care to do anything beyond their day-to-day operation, they don't care about the details. And they don't apologize for any mistakes they do. It's like dealing with an answering machine or a automated phone service. I'll take my business somewhere I can actually talk with human beings that have pride in what they do. I lost a nice dress shirt doing business with these guys.
