Award winning ribs literally. And the chicken was great.the side dishes they offer are amazing.next time I am in the area I will be stopping again.
They catered my retirement party and did an absolute phenomenal job. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any event.
I have never sat down and took the time to review a business until now. The woman that greets you at the window is the sweetest lady with the warmest smile you will ever see. The food.... Ugh don't get me started. The rib bits are smoked to perfection and delicious. I got a lunch special that is apparently a smaller portion than dinner but was more than enough for me. The kind woman even gave me a can of soda for being a first time customer... Now that is great service. I will definitely be back very soon and telling people about it.
Another reviewer said "The only thing that could have made this meal better was some floss afterwards." Couldn't put it better myself.
Southern style greens are a bit salty for my taste, mac n cheese is fresh with real cheese. Don't forget the "rib bits", which are a good choice if you don't want an enormous platter of enormous ribs.
Absolutely can't be beat. Went here with friends from Tennessee, Texas, and the Carolinas. All agreed the ribs and the chicken wings were the best we've found, outside of Saw's in Homestead Alabama. I'm talking about seven friends who love to cook. All agreed, this place is fantastic. The portions are huge, too. And the sauces can't be beat. We started with the sweet BBQ sauce on the ribs, then moved on to the mustard sauce on the chicken wings.
Right in the heart of East Bradenton there is this little place to get some really good BBQ. I just love these precious people. There is no one like them anywhere. So loving and treat you like family. Not easy to find delicious BBQ, soul food like this!
