This school sucks. The teachers are bad at teaching and they don't give a damn about education. Mr.Williamson is a TOTAL PERV and he stares at EVERY girls butt in the whole school even if they're butt is small. He probably wants to smash every single girl in this sucky ass school. Mr.Corporon cannot teach or control a class. He gives 40% off of any assignment that's late. Mr.Donavan brings guns to school at the end of the year. The guidence counslers are pussys and think they can solve every problem. There are fights over weed and the teachers instigate it. The steam kids sing all the time an think they're the best at anything.
I have been going to this school for 3 years now, and it used to be great, but now it's a WHOLE lot worse. The teachers don't give a damn about bullying, in fact in some of my cases they punished ME but not the bully for just trying to stand up to him. My current PE coach was awesome in 6th grade but now he just picks the same biased captains over and over and over again just because he THINKS they're good, and to make it worse they only pick their best friends for their team. The new TSA teacher is super biased and mean and the only reason why they won 3rd overall at states this year was because of the old members.there's now at least one bus that arrives after first period EVERY DAY. Last year's yearbook had so many issues it was disgraceful, and it somehow got even worse with this year's yearbook. Kid's names were getting messed up in a lot of pictures, some of the pictures were photoshopped terribly (but that's just my opinion) the cross country page didn't even have a group picture, and that's not even scratching the surface of all the issues. But don't worry, you think that ISS would be under control, right? WRONG! The kids always talk and do stupid stuff, and since you have to do work in ISS, it's almost impossible to focus. I won't be here next year and it might get better, so I'm not saying not to go here. Right now, however, there are WAY better schools. Btw I would rate this 2.5 stars if i could.
My son goes to school here. A+ school with so much to offer in parent awareness. Great staff. And my son says he's gonna miss it when he has to leave next year.

This school is great for the kids willing to learn. (STEAM and Algebra) are classes you definitely want to try to get in to. Also there is great extra curriculum activities. I love the Y dash program.
One of the most amazing schools I have been there for 2 years I'm in 7th grade now 6th grade was one of my best years it was such a learning exsperience but there are some teacher I wouldn't recommend like the tech teacher she mean and the Spainsh teach is a idiot MRS.schicatano is a MEAN teacher if u have her switch
