Seriously b*tchy women work at this store. It was 10 till 8pm, when they close when we went to the register. Every single person who works there stood and glared at us while at the register. Sensing they were pissed off, we asked if they were closing soon (the Payless website said they close at 9pm). The woman at the register said, "We close at 8," while sighing and acting like it was 10 AFTER 8pm instead of 10 'till 8pm. And even before we were checking out, when we were just looking, one of the people who works there kids... or family member... whatever... came and sat on the stool literally inches away from where we were looking, trying to get us to leave. Really? That was at like 7:30pm. Nice job, ladies. Miserable much?
I went here before christmas to match some heels with a dress. The manager and assosiates were really excited to help and helped me look for just the shoes for my dress they gave me options between flats and heels of the same style and did not leave my side till I was satisfied. Customer Service was definitely amazing.
