Anna was amazing. She is incredibly knowledge and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone! Only issue I had was that their credit card machine was down AND they only had one person at the front desk when I came in. This caused my 5:00 appointment to start 15 min late...I ended up getting shorted 8 min on my massage. Supposed to be an hour apt (50 min massage); I was not called back there until 5:16pm and the massage started at 5:21. I was out of the room at 6:03PM :(
My friend and I showed up for a late massage appointment last night with a ton of bundled up stress after Hurricane Irma. The first face I saw was Christopher's at the front desk and he was so polite, pleasant and welcoming, he put a smile on my face instantly! My massage was with Tommy and he knew exactly where I held all my tension and focused on those areas perfectly. I've had a facial here before with Lina and she was absolutely fabulous, too! I am a subscriber now to their monthly services and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and service I receive at Hand & Stone!

It was my first experience at Hand & Stone. I really enjoyed it! I had back/shoulder pain from exhausting computer work and I was lucky enough to get Irina and experienced therapist to take care of it. The atmosphere is very friendly and when the front desk staff explain the value package they suggest for you to buy they are not pushy at all. I will definitely go back and probably buy the package...very affordable!
We love Hand and Stone Massage and Spa! My husband and I get a couple's massage once a month, and we have been visiting for the last 4-5 months. We have had multiple therapists and have enjoyed them all. My husband has shoulder and back pain and he always feels much better after his massage. The environment is very comfortable and relaxing and we always look forward to visiting again. We definitely recommend this spa!
