This place is disgusting. When getting my hair shampoo'd you can see gigantic water stains on the ceiling along with missing tiles. It seems as though its never been cleaned. Why would anyone want to come here to pamper themselves when the business doesn't even take care of itself? Not sure why people are giving this place high ratings, its abysmal!
If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I came in for a haircut and the woman was drunk as a skunk! She did such a terrible job, I was embarrassed for weeks! When I complained to the owner he defended her and said it was my fault for not properly explaining what I wanted her to do.

I have been going to Diana here for hair and lashes for 2 years. She is absolutely fabulous. Everyone compliments my lashes on how gorgeous they look. The salon is so welcoming and Kelly the salon manager is fantastic and makes you feel at home. I will continue coming here as long as I live in Sarasota.
