These Guys Put My A/C On MAX. If You Take Care Of Your Car, You Know Not To Turn Your Car Off With The A/C On.! We Live In An Era Were People Are Doing Their Job For Money, Not A Passion.
I thought it was okay. Stays busy, but I've experienced better. However, they will rewash your vehicle for any reason or no reason within 48 hours for $1
After today's experience, I will never go back. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years after I moved here from Germany. I spend $100 each trip for hand wax/detail every time because my neck and shoulder issues will not allow me to do this myself. Nate, the detailer, is the best detailer of all places I've been across the country in my travels, and the ladies who greet you are genuinely wonderful. That being said, the owner (the one most review as the "manager") is the most horrid, rude ass you will ever encounter. He treats his employees like slaves, micromanages them, and swears at them frequently. My experience today proves that he cares little for anyone but himself. I had been there since 9am, after working a 12 hour night shift, and sat in the massage chair in the back (which was turned off) so I could see my vehicle being detailed while I waited. I ended up falling asleep after my first hour of waiting (Nate had one vehicle ahead of mine). Without tapping me on the shoulder, or bothering to wake me, he turned the massage chair on, which immediately sent the beater bars out into my neck and shoulder. Being a disabled veteran who has been suffering bulged discs in my neck, and severe shoulder pain for nearly 10 years, this brought me to tears. I asked the cashier who I could speak to about this man's careless actions. As I watched her walk out to talk to the man who had done this, she was laughing as she spoke to him. That man just so happened to be the owner. After apologizing for falling asleep since I'd been up since 5pm the day before, when I asked him why he didn't bother to wake me before turning it on, I was yelled at being told that customers wanted to use the chair and that this was HIS business, he didn't care that I was tired or just spent $107. If I wanted to sit in the chair, I needed to pay the $1 to use it (even though it was turned off and there was no seating in the main lobby when I arrived at 9). When I tried explaining that I am now in extreme pain, he told me that wasn't his problem and that I needed to pay to sit in the chair. So after waiting 3 hours, I apologized to the detailer and told him thank you for always making my vehicles seem brand new, but that I would never return. Please go elsewhere before considering giving this man your money.
I $28.00 for something my kids could of did better. There was areas in my car that look like they haven't been touched. Part of my windshield had fingerprints on it in the inside. Different parts of my car still had dirt on it from dirty water being sprayed on it from driving. I left trash in the car to see if they'll clean it and it was lefted in the car and you can clearly tell it was trash, it was a straw wrapper and a plastic wrap. Won't see me back over again. Next time I'll pay my uncle or do it myself.
Yup I work there and I vaccum my own car but the crew in the front do the rest and they do a good job
