Had my car detailed. They did a BEAUTIFUL job! My car looked brand new and it's almost 10 years old. Shampoo carpets (lite tan)& mats. Unbelievable! !! Definitely going back, and was worth the $20 tip I left
Fantastic and thorough that is hard to find with today’s auto washes with lackluster staff that saunter over when you are near finished and covered in sweat. Their equipment is top notch and won’t damage your vehicle. Drive 30 miles each way for their devices. The best.
Stopped to get a car wash earlier today. We visit here often and have been satisfied with the washes. I purchased a four wash package and was surprised to find out it didn’t include interior cleaning which I wanted included. The girl outside was pleasant and told me to go inside and speak to the girls inside about correcting it. The person inside acting like a manager, Shantea (sp?), was totally useless and had a major attitude. I just left instead of dealing with her attitude. She has ZERO Customer Service abilities. No idea why they would have her dealing with customers. Way to turn off a long time customer!
Do a good job. But like most the basic washes show lack of detail. This is to push you towards having a detail.job done. Have found most large operations follow this route. For th money they do a decent job. Big supporter of veteran!!!
