When I back to my cart to go through the register and pay for it was gone so I started looking for it, I ran into a young employee and asked him if he knew what may have happened to it, so he took me to the back and asked one of the employees at the back and he took it and put everything back. I raised some hell with him and told him get me a cart and my material back he then got a phone call and walked away from me. The young employee helped me out. I
am very impressed with him at least he
We literally are at Home Depot on a weekly basis (not an exaggeration). Most of the time we have a great time and find what we are looking for. Well last week we went and bought almost $300 in building materials and when we went to the loading area to have a Helper load it into our vehicle. They actually cracked the supplies trying to tie them down. Then denied it to their supervisor, even when my Husband and I witnessed him doing it. Rather disappointed in the behavior and negligence. Especially in a corporate owned business.
This new store is run excellent! All the tools in tool rental are new. The managing staff is quick to help with more difficult questions. I have had zero issues shopping there and I go a few times a week. As a contractor this is the type of store that I rely on to be on time with my jobs and get things done right.
It was hard to find anyone to get some help, there was always 2 or 3 employees shooting the bull, or walking around not paying attention to the customers, did locate a store employee at the back of the lumber department and asked him where all of the carts were for some plywood he said they were probably outside and I would have to go out and get one, after I got one I needed 2 sheets of plywood by myself from the second bunk. I am 70 years old with bad back .
Best Home Depot in area. Everyone is so nice. Cortez location should strive to be like this one.
First of all it is brand new which always helps. I love the fact I don't have to drive as far as I used to. The only negative was the lack of employees on the floor. There seemed to be a lot at the front of the store but nobody to help in the store. Also, I have picked up mulch 3 times and there is nobody to be of assistance there. I am able to do it myself but my bet is there are people who can't. Overall, still very positive experience. I love my new Home Depot.
About 3 days ago I went to your store to pickup 2 2x4s and a 2x4 pc of sob and 2 of caulk, then I parked the cart at the end of the racks close to the register and went to the plumbing department for a small roll of plumbers strapping.
has knows how to be courteous to the customers. Every time I go into the store there aren't any carts in or outside the doors in the loading area, I look around the lumber department and all I see are carts loaded with store items that are on sale or damage. I think there should be an employee outside bringing the carts back to the loading area so the customers don't have to run all over looking for a cart. The grocery stores bring all of the shopping carts in from the parking lots.
