Great experience! We needed help with fall protection and their inside sales staff offered an affordable solution for our company. They had everything in stock and offered to have the factory rep do a training at our facility at no charge. I would recommend Würth Action.

Wanting to buy 8 different sizes of common sized stainless screws, they did not have 3 of them, and I spent one hour in the store in order to find this out. Having been a customer for 25 years, I doubt I will be going back. When I asked the manager about this (and there were 5 other customers that came in only to find out they do not handle the sizes they were looking for) he said that since Wurth bought the company, they changed their policy of stocking, only to handle the items that were good sellers. It does not seem that it would be a large financial commitment to stock smaller numbers of poor sellers in order to accommodate their customers needs. Suncoast fasteners did a much better job (their predecessor).
