I couldn't seem to find a place that would resize a ring my mother gave me for a decent price. I came across this shop and they were iffy about what size it could go down to based on how the diamonds were positioned which i appreciated considering he could've just tried to size it down and ruin the ring. He sized it down two sizes and polished it up, my ring looks brand new and is absolutely gorgeous with the perfect fit. They called me as soon as it was finished and I was able to pick it up with no issues for only $20 something bucks. A few days later they called to make sure everything was up to my standards and to see how the ring was holding up. Great customer service and great prices. Thank you! I'll be a returning customer.
