Nice and professional people
This is the ABSOLUTE worst clinic i have ever been to. There is no voicemail system for the doctors so you can't leave them messages. They also don't reply to messages you send them through the online patient portal. When you are actually able to get someone on The phone they will tell you that you CAN'T speak to your doctor over the phone regarding your lab test results and that you have to schedule an appointment to be seen JUST to be heard. I've been 3 days now taking the incorrect dosage of medication because i have not been able to reach my doctor to have him adjust my dosage. This is beyond unacceptable. I am a person with a long medical history and in all my years dealing with numerous doctors all over the country, this place is by far the worst i have ever been seen at. I am a type 1 diabetic of 26 years, a cancer survivor of 10 years and have a thyroid disease of 20 years. Never again will i go here and dont recommend to anyone visiting this place.
Most unprofessional rude staff. This is nothing but a ghetto health clinic, its gross the staff is horrible and absolutely unprofessional. Avoid these quacks at all cost.

I have been going to this office for the last 8 months. I have never been seen on time. My first appointment I was forgot in the room when I needed labs done. Every other appointment I am in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes after my appointment time. The doctors are great. The individuals at the front desk need to learn better customer service skills and the staff that is in the back is great. Needless to say, I will be finding another primary office. I can't sit and wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes after my appointment time.
