More often than not right off the bat you are handled by staff with eye rolling, teeth gritting, condescending attitude, the more questions you have or the more information you seek the more you feel like an inconvenience when coming here, whether you are a walk in or have an appointment you are either rushed along or the help you seek is completely disregarded and ignored, being understaffed or overwhelmed is not an excuse to be rude and uncaring. After jumping through 100 hoops you are lucky to get anything accomplished here.
Staff was wonderful, I had some severe eye problems, they got me in promptly! For walk in there is a wait of a couple of hours, but hey, it's walk in.
Terrible experience. All appointments are an hour or so late. Front desk staff is rude. Takes over a month to even get in to see a doctor. God help you if you have an acute illness. Better to drive directly to Bay Pines or Tampa.
You better have a day off or two just to get through with this place this place has no sense of urgency none at all if you want to go to a VA go to the one Daytona just be a walk in and they'll take you right then they're walking here you take some by day and a half trust me I know from today's experience. No one is place has so many negative reviews this place sucks bags of ass nobody has no sense of urgency get in get out it's what is supposed to be like really doctors really
