We got quotes from two roofers who do work in our community. Both were very comparable but we chose Joe because our neighbor had 10 roofers come out for a problem and every single one of them said she needed a new roof....except for Joe. He repaired the roof and resolved the issue. His workers were polite and cleaned up the site every day. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, which was extended due to rain.
