Worst roofing experience I have ever had, and I own several rentals. I needed a tarp after the hurricane. On the roof Len quoted me one price, which was already very high then when we were on the ground he quoted me another. Of course it was higher. I told him to leave. He called back later to apologize and would put the tarp on at the original price. Instead of getting one tarp to cover the whole area as he said he would, he used three tarps of very low quality. well guess what? Here we are less than a month later and the tarps have been blown to pieces. I called to have it taken care of because Len assured me it would last. Dewayne basically told me tough luck. Obviously they don't stand behind their work. My suggestion? Go to the next one on your list.
Left work for estimate appt last week and they didn't bother to show. Very unprofessional.
Len's provided an estimate, for roof replacement on our rental. The job was started on schedule, with minimal disruption, to our tenants.. It was completed on time and on budget. The workmanship is outstanding and the finished roof is perfect. . Len kept in touch and followed the progress of the job. In the future I will call Len's Roofing for all my roofing needs. Highly recommended.
