These guys are good! They did a great job re-roofing my pool house. Quality work and completely cleaned up the construction debris. They also repaired some main house roof problems at my request. Reasonably priced.
Very poor office staff. Communication and explanations are aweful. I called to make an appointment for repair after Hurricane Irma, obtained the appointment, and the work now will not be done on the day of the appointment, per Eileen. "That is not how we do things", "Your appointment is not for repair, but for an estimate, the repair comes later". I told her I called for a REPAIR appointment and it didn't matter the cost, that I need REPAIR. "How they do things" was not explained to me on initial contact for REPAIR. "There will be no repair done on 9/29/17 at 2:30pm", she says. An argument ensued, she told me to go someplace else. I asked for a manager, "There is no manager," she says. I told her that was a problem and there needs to be a manager to handle issues. I then asked for the owner in which she stated she would not provide me with that person's contact information. She made condescending remarks to me. EILEEN is not customer service oriented whatsoever and not honest either as I have since discovered there are managers within this company. I told her I would be writing this poor review and also putting this on Facebook. "I don't care", she says. It is very obvious to me that she does not care. The integrity of this company is ZERO STARS and you can thank EILEEN for that. The only good thing she said to me was "Go someplace else" and that is just what I advice the public to do as well!
