I called to make a reservation and Rita said no problem they had spots. When we showed up at 2 pm Rita was very rude to me and wasn't welcoming and said she didn't have any reservations and the office was closed but she grudgingly helped us. We had to give her a $20 cash deposit for gate key and told us to knock on her door when we were leaving or if they were gonna leave they would knock on the door to retrieve and give us our deposit back. When we left, no one answered and we didn't get our deposit back. Park seemed clean and was quiet. Only stayed 2 nights
I have been playing phone tag with Rita to meet and take a look at the property. I decided to drive by in the morning to just take and see if it was a property we would have interest in. The park gate was closed, but I noticed a pick up truck parked next to the office so I thought perhaps someone was working and decided to call.
The phone was picked up immediately by a man who sounded half asleep and I apologized if I woke him. He cut me off and said, "The office opens at 9:00am, it's five after seven, "WHAT do you want!".
You're not the only park in town and people would rather pay more for quality.
A grate place to live. Was going to use as a base to travel from, ended up buying and have been here for 6 years.

All of you people writing in negative things!!! I have been here for one month an love it the people that live here are wonderful an very helpful, the owners have there rules which every other park follow the rules an no problem. I made reservations back in June just 50 dollar deposit not 100,or 500 got my spot an very happy.We will be co ing back here again.. Love it
I stated that, "I was in contact with Rita and decided to drive by to look at the park since I was in the area and noticed a vehicle at the office and thought someone was there.... I didn't expect to be met with such unprofessionalism and I will call the owners of the park and take my business elsewhere" then I hung up.
Sorry, we can take our business elsewhere... keep treating paying customers like that and you will earn a poor reputation and your park will not attract quality guests.
