Displaced with no power for 8 days after IRMA and trying to work. They took us in at discounted rate with our 2 boxer dogs! They don't accept pets usually let alone big dogs. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome at a difficult time. The room and grounds were immaculate. I appreciate all the staff. Thank you so very much
The check-in procss was quick and seamless. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and greeted with a smile each time. I was also very impressed the staff remembered me when I'd go down to the market, even though I was only staying for 2 nights.
Stayed here a few times, and every time, I am serviced by Anthony at the Bistro and man is this guy a gem! Fabulous customer service, goes above and beyond to serve the guests, can't say enough about my experience here. The staff members like Anthony make this place a no brainer to stay; 10/10 recommend just from pure service alone!
Great terrace. Wish they had free break fast though. Otherwise wonderful
This hotel is in a great area with a lot of things to do and places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the courtyard with the fire pit which is a great place to relax in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this location
